Low – Fat Chocolate Brownies

If you’re anything like me, the biggest sacrifice when healthy eating is having to limit sweets and chocolate! Heres a great go to recipe, for when you fancy a little treat, but without the calories.

Makes: 16 Squares

Preparation time: 35 Minutes

  • Ingredients
  • 85g Self-Raising Flour
  • 40g Cocoa Powder
  • 175g Caster Sugar
  • 125g Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1.5 tbsp Oil
  • 25g Chopped Walnuts
  1. Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together until just combined.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a lightly oiled 20cm square baking tin and bake at 180C for 25 minutes until springy to touch
  3. Cool and cut into 16 squares and enjoy!
