If you’re anything like me, the biggest sacrifice when healthy eating is having to limit sweets and chocolate! Heres a great go to recipe, for when you fancy a little treat, but without the calories.
Makes: 16 Squares
Preparation time: 35 Minutes
- 85g Self-Raising Flour
- 40g Cocoa Powder
- 175g Caster Sugar
- 125g Vanilla Yoghurt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
- 25g Chopped Walnuts
- Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together until just combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a lightly oiled 20cm square baking tin and bake at 180C for 25 minutes until springy to touch
- Cool and cut into 16 squares and enjoy!
